12 Month Mentoring Program

Service Description

Initially we spend 4-hours comprehensively covering aspects such as: - How to deliver an exceptional new patient experience: from the initial call through to treatment planning and re-booking - Mastering the art of patient communication including how to formulate and then present both basic and comprehensive treatment plans - Ensuring the very best re-book rate - The art of re-activating patients - Advice on how to structure and approach CPD after graduating - The appointment book- structure and pre-blocking - Increasing your billings - Any other topics that you wish * This can be done in person OR via ZOOM Following the initial meeting is a 1 year structure: • 30 minute follow-up calls every second month to discuss cases, treatment plans, difficulties within practice or any areas you wish • A seat at Dr Docherty’s Sydney hands on aesthetic planning and composite resin workshop (Value $750) • You will be provided with written materials covering areas such as ‘the new patient experience’ and restorative dentistry • Doctors who embark upon this program become better communicators, have structure to their new patient consultations and their case acceptance rate increases alongside their billings and enjoyment with day to day dentistry • Fee: $5000 (Inc GST)
