Service Description

Bring your next case to Dr Aodhan Docherty for a 40 minute One-on-one consultation. Do you have a case coming up that you would like a second opinion on? Are you unsure what your options are or what might be the best approach? this Present your case and your plan to Dr Docherty and he can discuss the best path forward. To maximize your consultation, be prepared to share a PowerPoint, keynote or pdf with the following items: ● A brief medical/dental history ● Profile and smile of patient ● Clinical pictures (think ortho case clinical photos) ● Radiographs (full mouth x-rays, panoramic and cone beam CT-scan) with virtual planning and CT analysis If possible ● Periodontal charting and diagnosis ● Study models – analogue or digital ● Diagnosis of case ● Comprehensive treatment plan ● Surgical plan & timing ● Prosthetic plan & timing ● Discussion of case with any questions that you may have
